2024 Annual Dues are now DUE!

Good Afternoon Everyone,

I hope you are doing well and found time to enjoy some quality time with loved ones and family this past week.

Thank you all for your hard work this season.  Overall it was a great season and we saw relatively few issues.  I know our officials worked hard and certainly attributed to the low numbers for issues in the 2023 season.  For that, I thank each and every one of you.  Without you, the high caliber of soccer we see here in our beautiful state would suffer.

With it being the end of the season, we are now opening registration for the 2024 season!

As some of you may have heard, there is news out of NISOA that is going to affect all of us.  NISOA announced at their AGM that they have just signed a 3-year partnership agreement with RefQuest+ to be the official registration partner for all of NISOA. Additionally, they sent a press release to all of their active members two days ago announcing the partnership.

What does this mean to our members? Well first, the bad news. . . NISOA dues are now $120 (previously $85 for renewing members) for 2024-2026.  Why the jump?  Well, that's the good news!  NISOA has come to an agreement that your NISOA Membership now includes your NISOA Membership, NCAA Registration (required for NCAA tournament assignments, access to all the training materials/videos, testing, etc.), NAIA Registration (if you do NAIA games), and the NCAA background check.  Last year, those of us who paid for all of this spent $245 (NISOA: $85 | NCAA: $100 | NAIA: $60).  

Additionally, NISOA has decided there is no longer a fee for Associate Member, Inactive Member, Retired, or Military Deployed. You are either a member or not. Any former member can be reinstated at the current level of dues without a reinstatement fee ($120). If you know anyone who may want to get back in, NOW is the time.  There are no additional fees to cover their renewal!

For the 2024 registration year, we will follow the same process as previous years.  Please submit your check made out to “NHISOA” for $120 to the following address:

Please submit your registration fee by DECEMBER 31 as NISOA will take all of the membership they receive (after Dave processes) at the beginning of 2024 and upload the membership to RefQuest+ at this point, you will be able to begin the process of completing your included NCAA registration.

Lastly, if you worked games for Michael Wallace (NEAR), your 2023 Dues are now due. NEAR collects dues from those officials who worked games for them after the season.  Please submit a check to Michael for $60 at your earliest convenience. Check are payable to: “Michael Wallace” sent to:
